Throughout the day, enjoy various displays and demonstrations relating to the US Navy and Marine Corps during the American Civil War.  Displays will include weaponry, navigational tools, and rope and knot work. A small artillery piece will also be on display, with demonstrations throughout the day.  Andrew Duppstadt, the group’s president, will give a presentation in the auditorium about naval actions that took place in Onslow County during the Civil War.

The Carolina Living History Guild is a living history organization portraying the life of North Carolina sailors, Marines, and soldiers from the 1860s.
